Since the beginning, Mimi has dedicated her time and talents to establishing a strong foundation for the company, and continues to support the vision for long-term success under the next generation of family leadership.

Mimi has been instrumental in the growth of FEM Real Estate, with direct influence during the major milestones of the company. During her time as the owner and CEO of Lincoln Park Care Center & Nursing Home, she developed and operated the acclaimed JDT Medical Rehab as well as the JDT Villas - both state-of-the-art facilities that redefined the standards of sub-acute care in an upscale setting. The completion of South Beach at Long Branch, a 42-unit luxury beachfront condominium dwelling stands as a testament to her tenacity and visionary approach.

Today, Mimi dedicates her time to philanthropic causes through her foundation, Connect for Freedom, which is committed to raising awareness about the dangers of human trafficking through various educational programs for schools, specifically K-12, with the expressed goal of empowering communities through knowledge, compassion and prevention. This Foundation is affiliated with the Global Center for Human Trafficking at Montclair State University.

She has been recognized for her leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and philanthropy, including her induction into the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame, as well as the opening of the Mimi & Edwin Feliciano School of Business and Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship at Montclair State University.

In his role as the Broker of Record for FEM Real Estate’s affiliated brokerage, Edwin brings decades of experience and perspective to every transaction.

As a licensed real estate salesperson in his early career, Edwin cultivated an entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the industry to establish himself as a difference-maker, which has contributed to the lasting impact he has had while at FEM Real Estate as a positive influence to the company’s growth and success.

Edwin is a staunch believer in giving back to the community, and is proud to support international agricultural programs and local community centers.

His lifelong dedication to family, hard work and service continues to inspire the next generation of leadership at FEM Real Estate.

As President of FEM Real Estate, Cary leads the strategic direction, investment and overall operations. His deep understanding of both the financial and construction disciplines of the real estate formula provide a unique perspective that instills confidence in those he partners with.

With a foundation in finance, as well as construction management and broad experience spanning acquisitions, financing, construction, and asset management, he offers a well-rounded perspective on value creation and portfolio performance.

Cary earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance with a Real Estate concentration from the Pennsylvania State University.

With this strong multi-disciplinary background, Cary is well-positioned as the next generation to lead FEM Real Estate into the future, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.

Evin began his career in property management before ultimately transitioning into asset management and finance. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, he oversees all financial operations and fund movement across the FEM Real Estate portfolio. With in-depth expertise in accounting and financial management, Evin provides a guiding voice alongside the entire leadership team for the company’s investment strategy, asset management, and capital deployment.

Evin earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

A decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry has allowed Evin to develop a broad understanding of the operational and financial components that drive portfolio performance.

His disciplined approach and hands-on leadership help shape the current operations of the company, as well as its strategic direction for long-term success.
